Why two areas?
Companies and real estate often meet in the same case.
We have deliberately limited our work to two areas: legal advisory for companies and real estate law. We did not choose these two areas at random. The wealth of a family or an investor is usually held in a company or in real estate, and often in both.
We keep to this limit so that we can give every case we take on the time it needs and follow the legislation and case law of both areas on a regular basis. Weighing the cost, duration and business impact of a decision from the outset requires knowing the field from the inside.
The topics below are not separate areas; they all grow out of these two. And a case that touches both areas is handled by the same team, without being split up.
